(CCI) seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to join our senior leadership team.
CCI is a not-for-profit housing development and property management organization that assists low- and moderate-income individuals, seniors and families to secure suitable housing across Upstate New York.
The organization currently manages over 3,000 units of quality housing along with administers the Onondaga County Rental Assistance Program which provides assistance to over 1,200 households.
CCI is responsible for the management of the operating budget of over $30M and employes over 160 employees.
The HR Director will report directly to the President & CEO, and is directly responsible for overseeing the management of the Human Resources department and its operations to adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations and implementation of the organization's mission and strategies.
Must have experience and be able to demonstrate organizational change management skills and management of organizational culture including communication among organization's executives, management and staff.

depending on experience and qualifications Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work with the President & CEO to create an HR strategy and build an organizational culture that aligns with the company's objectives.
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, retention, and onboarding with focus on continuous enhancement of HR procedures and policies.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's sustainability and growth.
Oversees payroll operations and audits the integrity of the overall payroll process, including the identification of potential issues and assistance, as applicable.
Provides leadership, collaboration, and guidance to executives, managers, supervisors, and staff related to change management processes and implementing change within internal and external processes through establishment of necessary steps for change and ensuring the successful implementation of such steps with an acute focus on motivating teams, departments and employees to subscribe to actions and information to thrive.
Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding system throughout the employee life cycle.
Administers and oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training development.
Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
At least 7 years of direct human resource management experience; 10 years preferred.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR highly preferred Must have experience and be able to demonstrate organizational change management skills and management of organizational culture including communication among organization's executives, management and staff.

Throughout knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Paylocity and Employee Navigator is preferred or the demonstration of the proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management system.
Experience with Paylocity preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
